If you are a multitasking woman that takes care of her mind and body well you are an active woman. Being and active woman is a way of life, it's choosing the best for your body and soul. Balance and getting better everyday should be the philosophy of an active woman. 

You can be active by doing housework, mowing the lawn, walking, or joining a fitness class. It's important to be active in three areas: aerobic activity, muscle strength, and stretching. As a health oriented company we got some advice for you, so we'll give you 6 tips to be an active woman:

1) Make a food plan for the week. If you got already the list of things you'll need and the food already done you will eat better and healthier.

2) Use your calendar to mark each meeting, workout time and special events, you will be able to atend every event.

3) Search DIY videos, if you try to solve and make your own stuff you will spend less and expand your skills. 

4) Have a light dinner, you will sleep better and your metabolism will be faster.

5) Sleep 8 hours minimum, your body needs the perfect rest.

6) Do an excersice routine that fits your needs and also choose the perfect fit outfit.
